How to root official Galaxy S6 & S6 edge Marshmallow firmware

Samsung has finally started rolling out the official Marshmallow firmware for its two former flagship phones, the Galaxy S6 SM-G920F and Galaxy S6 edge SM-G925F. The update can be obtained via OTA. To check if Samsung has made the update available for your phone, go to Settings > About Device > Software Update and tap on Update Now.

Now, if you updated your Samsung Galaxy S6, you can make it even better by rooting it and installing SuperSU. Even though the firmware has been available for a few days only, developers have already created custom kernels with root support for the Galaxy S6 Marshmallow firmware.
